got FIREd Bar-B-Q was born from a deep love of Texas barbecue tradition — the kind where you start the fire before dawn and don't rush a single thing. Every piece of meat we smoke is treated with the respect it deserves: seasoned with our own rubs, loaded onto the smoker with care, and given all the time it needs to reach perfection.

We run a BBQ trailer, which means we get to bring that pit-smoked goodness right to the people. Whether we're parked at a local pop-up, rolling up to a festival, or set up at your private event, our goal is always the same: to serve you the best plate of barbecue you've had all year.

Our menu centers around the classics — brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, and smoked chicken — cooked low and slow over real wood. We don't take shortcuts, we don't use gas, and we don't believe in serving anything we wouldn't be proud to eat ourselves.

We're proud to serve this community and we're grateful every time someone stops at our window hungry and walks away satisfied. That's why we got into this business, and it's why we keep showing up — fire in the smoker and BBQ on the brain.
